Since its legally valid, you are allowed to register your domicile address in the commercial register.

You have two options for registering your domicile address in the commercial register. A distinction is made between whether you have your own local offices (owned, rented or sublet) or whether you have a c/o address.

A c/o address means that there are no offices of your company at this location, but the domicile holder grants your company the domicile.

The one-off fees for an existing company are CHF 500 (excl. VAT) and must be paid in advance. The fees from the Lucerne Commercial Register Office are not included in the price.
You can also take care of the mutation yourself; we simply ask to see the documents before they are sent to the Lucerne Commercial Register Office.

If you do not yet have a company and would like to set one up at Kapellgasse 6 in Lucerne, please contact us. You will be charged our one-off formation fees.

We are in the office from Monday to Friday and accept your mail every day. You can decide whether we forward your mail physically or digitally. Mail will be forwarded at least once a week.

  • You do not have/need a fixed place of work and do not require your own office
  • You want full support for your company and would like your trustee to be responsible for all administrative matters
  • You have your current registered office in a canton with high taxes on profits and capital
  • You don’t want to pay conventional rental and maintenance costs
  • You would like your private residential address to remain private

Once you have opted for the domicile service from ajooda AG, we will prepare all the necessary documents for a successful entry in the commercial register and forward them to you for checking. If you have no objections or questions, you can sign them.

We will take care of contacting the Commercial Register of the Canton of Lucerne so that you can continue to focus on your business. Publication in the commercial register usually takes place within 1-4 weeks.

Naturally. If you choose the domicile service without c/o ajooda AG, we will also provide you with a furnished meeting room for customer appointments and a workplace.
